I am new in the Real Estate business where you either make it or you don’t. Sadly, my 7′x8′ office space is dull and uninspiring. I think more clearly and have better ideas when I’m not there. How can I make my work atmosphere exciting and, more importantly, motivating?

Use lots of motivating posters that say stuff like "U can do it" or "Try your best" also use pictures of family and put a jar of a veriety of candy on your desk so that you and other employies/customers can snack! If you want you could also use lots of toys for kids and coloring books maybe even video games if you work w/ the public.

My office is a little larger (14X16), but the fish tank is great! I put in a 50 gallon one, but you should have room for 20-25 gallons.
Of course, plants are also very nice. I have 2 small trees.
